LATEST UPDATES FROM KURSK: FOOD COLLECTION SYSTEM
This is important. All contingent leaders, please READ THIS CAREFULLY, and please explain to your contingent members. We introduce new and more efficient way of food collection during the games, for your conveniences.
Coupon
- System coupon will be done for the athletes and volunteers.
- Each coupon has 7 colous represent each university and volunteer
RSMU : Orange
MMA: Yellow
Nizhny: Purple
Volgo: Green
MAI : Pink
KSMU: White
Volunteers: Peach
- Each person will get 8 coupon for 8 meal. Each coupon will be noted:
A1- Breakfast 1st day
A2- Lunch 1st day
A3-Dinner 1st day
B1- Breakfast 2nd day
B2- Lunch 2nd day
B3- Grand Dinner 2nd day
C1- Breakfast 3rd day
C2- Lunch 3rd day
- One coupon = One food. Not more not less
- Each coupon will have MSA cop so there’s no need to produce fake coupon
- If the coupon is missing, please refer to your uni representative.
- Please show your coupon to get your food.

*#*For this distribution, there are 3 ways of distribution
(A) Freeze Time Distribution
1)Food will be delivered to player who played in that zal and supporters .
2)Basicly, the food will be delivered to certain zal only by lorry. Please refer the table above. The lorry will go to each zal.
3)It will only stay at each zal 15 minutes only. Then, the lorry will go to another zal.
4)15 minutes before the lorry arrive, there will an announcement. All the supporters, please ready and go outside to get your food. Please ready your coupon. This is only for supporters in that zal.
5)For the player who play in that zal, their food will be distribute through your team captain in the zal. The team captain please collect all the player’s coupon and then give the coupon to the official.
6)The time in the table indicate what time will the lorry come. So, in the period of time, all supporters please stay in that zal until the food arrive.
7)For those who missed the delivery, you can get your food at Pharmcorpus. Please refer to Pharmcorpus distribution (C)
(B)Player Distribution
1)Food will only be delivered to players in that zal only.
2)Please refer which zal and which type of event in the table above.
3)The supporters in that zal, please refer to Pharmcorpus distribution (C)
(C)Pharmcorpus Distribution
1)For others, you can get your food at Pharmcorpus.
2)There will be 2 booth. Please show your coupon.
3)Time to get your food is indicate in the table above.
N/B
*For those who can’t get their food at the particular time, please come to the Pharmcorpus and go to the Stalovaya( onthe UG floor of the pharmcorpus). Your food will be kept there eventhough for example if you forget to take your breakfast, you still can get your breakfast at any time until 7pm as long as you still have the coupon.
